The fully-equipped fitted kitchen has double sink and hob. The breakfast/preparation table seats 4. With this well-equipped, fitted kitchen you can make the most of the fruit and vegetable market just around the corner, and the cornucopian markets in the suburb.
1 King Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The spacious main bedroom has plenty of storage space. The window looks out over the hills of Florence: you feel like you were in the great Tuscan countryside, but you are still in the heart of the city of Florence.
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). The living area has a large window-door to the balcony of the apartment, and it is furnished with great pieces of antique furniture.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
The apartment is right next to one of Florence's best preserved green and hilly areas, with a stunning country landscape all around. The main bedroom's window looks out over the hills of Florence: you feel like you were in the great Tuscan countryside, but you are still in the heart of the city of Florence.
• Florence Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. Florence's airport is approx. 10-12 minutes by taxi from the apartment. Taxi's are relatively cheap (and reliable) from the airport. You should expect to pay approx. 12 to 18 Euros max. (it depends on rush hours and traffic conditions).
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The bus stop takes you in 5-8 minutes to the heart of historical Florence and is just one block away from the apartment.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
