No cars are allowed in the historical centre. You can park your car (to be paid for) in the garages which can be found within a 200 m radius. The particularly careful restoration has highlighted the original features of the house. DISTANCES: 50 m from Piazza Signoria, 100 m from Ponte Vecchio and within close proximity to the city s most important monuments.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl: living room (TV) with two comfortable singledivan-beds, dining table and access on to a small,pleasant and equipped terrace (6 m2), which faces onto a narrow internal courtyard, entrance/kitchenette (3 electric hotplates, oven), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
