30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
- Pool heat is included in rates.
