30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

The cancellation of reservation results in the following penalties, calculated from the total cost and based on the start date of the stay:40% from 30 days before to 15 days before;80% from 14 days before to 8 days before;100% from 7 days before to the start date of stay. Failure to communicate cancellation or failure to arrive within 24 hours of the start of the stay results in the payment of 100% of the total cost.
