• The Unit is in the countryside around Fiesole hill on the top of Florence. The airport (Peretola) or the principal train station (Santa Maria Novella) is 30-35 minutes by car.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest golf course is the Ugolino Golf Course (18 holes) is 40 minutes away from the unit by car.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The Abetone Ski Resort is an 1 and a half hours by car.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). To reach the city center, full of shops and restaurants, it is a 25-30 minute drive.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
