In front of an ancient farmhouse which dates back to 1500, three comfortable apartments have been built in the old hay loft. The central part of the building is the most ancient and it seems that in the fifteen century it was a custom point. The complex was restored with great care and taste, it is set in the hills surrounding Florence (about 15km from the Centre of the town and 8km from Fiesole). Extensive views and a peaceful position. It has a large garden with olive trees. The apartments share the swimming pool (6x12m) with the main villa where the owners live.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
