Following services are available: furnished gardens provided with nocturnal lights, panoramic terraces close to a large barbecue-area and an old, but still working, wood burning oven, which was used in the past for bread cooking; swimming pool (15x 8) with toilets; tennis court; table tennis; childrens playground; laundry-room with washer, iron and ironing-boards; parking; shop with farm products. On request we organize weekly tours of the cellars and the vineyards with explanation of the cultivation methods, guided food and oil/wine tastings, horseback excursions, personal massage (anti-depressive, relaxing massage, Shiatsu, Thai massage, slim massage) granting you an hour of well-being. In the neighbourhood of the farm furthermore a golf course, a fishing-lake, a horse riding school. The apartments, restored respecting original Tuscan style, have fireplace and floors with “cotto”, are pleasantly furnished in typical Tuscan style and provided with all comforts.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of .
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
