The complex, restored with great care and taste, is set in the hills surrounding Florence (about 15km from the Centre of the town and 8km from Fiesole). In front of an ancient farmer house which dates back to the 1500's, three comfortable apartments have been built in the old hay loft. The central part of the building is the most ancient and it seems that in the 15th century it was a custom point. The apartments share a swimming pool (6x12m) with the main villa where the owners live. Private areas with garden furniture equipped for apartment guests. Satellite TV, private heating with counter.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
