Splendid and spacious Venetian style farmhouse that has been tastefully restored and is set immersed amid the greenery of a large clearing on a hill (300mt a.s.l.) with fascinating views over the mountains, hills and woods. The house, split into two apartments (one is lived in by the caretakers), is set in grounds which include an equipped lawn lined by forest trees which ensure total peace and quiet and which is ideal for relaxing walks. Covered parking area. Access along 800mt of dirt track road. DISTANCES: 1.5km the village of Follina (various shops), 20 km Conegliano (famous for its wines and gastronomic delights), 65 km Venice, 120 km Cortina d Ampezzo in the heart of the Dolomites.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room with access onto an equipped terrace, study with fireplace, dining room with fireplace and piano, kitchen/breakfast room (oven, freezer, dishwasher). 1st fl. (split into two areas with access by two staircases): first part with 1 double bedroom with four poster bed, 1 sinlge bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath (jacuzzi), wardrobe; second part with 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath, laundry room (washing machine). 2nd fl.: attic: lounge, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Very comfortably furnished in a rustic style. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
