Delightful country house (100 m2) that has recently been renovated, made into a holiday house The house, at the foot of the village of Caldana , is surrounded by a pretty equipped and fenced-in lawn where the bean-shaped swimming pool (approx. 90 m2, in. 1.20 m max. 2.40 m deep) with diving board and internal lighting, outdoor shower, barbecue. A fenced- in mini Jacuzzi pool is available for 7 people with hot water and night lighting, which is coin operated with timer to be bought on the spot. It is possible to purchase products for aromatherapy and you can hire robes for the outdoor jacuzzi. Broad view of the surrounding countryside and hills. Peaceful position. Remote-controlled automatic gate.

DISTANCES: 3.7 km Caldana (all kinds of shops, tennis court) , approx. 20 km behind the Gulf of Follonica, characterised by important tourist centres such as Follonica and Punta Ala sandy beaches, sport facilities, tourist harbour). Approx. 30 km is Piombino (embarkation for the Elba Island), 35 km Massa Marittima.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV) with double divan and access to a shaded terrace and equipped for outdoor dining, kitchen/living room (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer) with fireplace separated from the living room by an arch, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 large bathroom with large round bath and double washbasin. It is possible to hire and pay for on the spot (26 Euro/week each): baby-bed, changing table, small tub for washing baby, highchair and baby car seat, mountain bike. Available on request baby
sitter and cook for preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Comfortable furniture. Mobile phone with prepaid phone card available. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
