Large country house situated immediately inland from Follonica, set on a large farm estate. Avvoltore has been perfectly and tastefully restored and thoughtfully furnished and provides an excellent level of comfort. The house is located on the top of a hill from where the view sweeps out over the hinterland and to the ancient town of Scarlino and as far as the sea. The house is surrounded by a large garden where a pool has been created. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
