Original apartments obtained from the careful restoration of an ancient farmhouse and a former hay-loft set inland from the coastline of Follonica (renowned seaside resort along the Maremma coast). All the apartments bedrooms are to the other side. The house is surrounded by extensive, well kept and equipped grassy areas with barbecue, swimming pool (8x16) (15/5-30/9) equipped with jacuzzi. On request you can hire a charming reception room (abt.100 m2) and an equipped kitchen for dinners or meetings. Covered parking. Easily reached even by cars with trailers with boats or inflatable dinghys. Reasonably comfortable furniture. A 6th apartment is occasionally lived in. Bed linen only is provided. Central heating.
ACCOMMODATION: (90 m2) 1st. fl. (access from the gr. fl.): living/dining room with kitchen corner, 1 bedroom with set of bunk beds and with a further extra bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower with ante-chamber. Equipped garden.

LOCATION: 2.7 km food shops, 3.3 km Follonica (various shops), 4.5 km the sea (public beaches and beaches where you can hire deck-chairs etc.), flanked by the beautiful pine wood which runs parallel to the beach. Only 25 km to the exclusive tourist resort of Punta Ala (harbour for pleasure boats, horse-riding, golf, sailing), 20 km up in the hills, the beautiful town of Massa Marittima. The main road Aurelia (SS 1) is 400 m away from the house.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
