Rustic charming cottage, complete with panoramic view of Folly Lake. Not far from Truro and The Bay of Fundy. There is a boat launch just down the road. You have use of a paddle boat. Enjoy sitting by the wood stove or relax with friends in the gazebo beside the rustic pump fountain and pond. The cottage is just a short drive from the ocean with many vineyards along the way.

• Nearby Attractions: The cottage is located in the beautiful Wentworth Valley. Lots of hiking and bike trails for all fitness levels. Sunrise Trail is not far ,with two of the best golf course in Nova Scotia. There are lost of vineyards towards Malagash. About 30 min away is the Bay of Fundy
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed. A deposit of 15.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
