Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods
PayPal, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 450.00 USD is due on arrival.
