Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 10:00 AM

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400.00 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

The guest may cancel the booking at anytime after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing or by e-mail. The following charges will apply:Deposit is non refundable---Loss of Deposit Between 12 to16 weeks before arrival---Loss of 50% of the Total Cost Less than 12 weeks before arrival---Loss of 100% of Total Cost.DATE CHANGESIn most cases once booking is confirmed they can not be changed because of scheduling conflicts. If changes can be made there may be arescheduling charge of $50.00.Early check in or late check outs may incur a $50.00 fee. Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking or more days prior to arrival) , Venmo, Zelle

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 40.00 per night based on 3 nights or 275.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Parking

Parking is free.

Hot Tub Service & Fee

There is a hot tub heating or maintenance fee. Fee is 40.00 per night based on 3 nights or 275.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

Property Heating is included in the rent
