The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 900 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Cash
You have to pay 50% when you arrived, and 50% when you leave.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 12 $ per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
