• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The city of Fortaleza is a 20 minutes drive from the house where you can shop till you drop. A small town is located within a 5 minute drive and here you can buy groceries and shop at a little market. Restaurants are also close to the house.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Excellent for surfing and kites surfing, one of the best spots in the world. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby and Windsurfer.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
