    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
