House and two outbuildings in the hills of the Versilia (350 m a.s.l.) surrounded by wood groves. Exceptional views, which on clear days, reach as far as the spezzine islands and Corsica. Peaceful position. The house is characterised by a garden of 4500 m2 partly lawn and partly terraced with vineyards and olive tree groves. Shared: floodlit swimming pool (12x6; 1.1 - 2.4 m deep) and outdoor shower with hot water, pergola, table-tennis, boules pitch, swing, barbecue. You reach the house by following along a steep asphalt road (1.8 km) with a few bends. It is possible to go for panoramic walks in the woods on the marked paths. 2 mountain bikes are available. Upon arrival guests will be offered welcome refreshments and snacks. Parking inside the property for two cars (not covered). Comfortable country style furnishings. DISTANCES: 2 km grocery shop, 6 km Pleasantry (all kinds of shops), 8 km Forte dei Marmi (beaches), 40 km Cinque Terre, 45 km Lucca.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
