Master bedroom has french doors which open up to the deck with a six person jacuzzi and a cedar cabana shower. Complimentary basket of cookies and gourmet coffee upon arrival. Guests can use swimming pool at the resort hotel 1/2 block away. Kids toys, videos, crib and 2 playpens are available. The unit is all refurbished.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 7 years old stay free. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 300 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
