View from living/dining room/patio overlooks the pool and canal in total privacy due to the magnificient preserve land on the west side of the canal. Abundant wildlifes can be seen especially in the morning and late evening which make this property a unique place to enjoy your vacation in peace and tranquility .
• 20 to 30 minutes to the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood airport. 5 minutes to Executive Ft. Lauderdale airport. 35 to 45 minutes to the Miami or West Palm Beach airport.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The famous Woodmont Country Club golf club (semi-private) is just a block away and less than a 5 minute drive
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Las Olas 20 minutes away and local restaurants are just 5 to 10 minutes away !
• Unit is located West of I-95 and North of Commercial Blvd. Water front property on Canal. No ocean access but you can have unlimited canoe/ocean kayak for days of paddling in a huge labyrinth of canal right at the backyard of property . All guests must sign a release of liability before check in due to the risk of water sport activities on this property.
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Prefer personal check for US guest and bank wires or international money order for international guest or cash at the time of check in.
