During the Holiday seasons, confirmed bookings are non refundable. This policy applies to Fourth of July, Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving and Valentines Day. All other booking have a 48 hour cancellation policy in which the 25% security deposit is forfeited.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Elegantly furnished including new bedroom furniture, TV, AC. The floors are newly tiled and there is a full sized closet. The bedroom is set in the rear corner of the house and is very private and quiet. A private entrance allows access to the rear patio and the street. 1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 1).

Bathroom 1 has bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

• Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. The route from the airport is easy and short. Just straight up A1A to Dania Beach Blvd. Over the Inter Coastal Water Way to Route 1 and North a few miles to the airport entrance.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. Straight up Hollywood Blvd about two miles. Pass under I95 and the train station is the first right hand turn.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). The "Boardwalk" of Hollywood Beach is lined with shops and restaurants. We are 60 seconds from the sand. There are three huge malls within a short driving distance.

There is room for 30 boats. There is a public boat ramp just over the bridge on South Lake in Hollywood. There is a private marina and anchorage there as well. • Nearby Attractions: Whitehouse By the Sea is located near the following: Gulf stream race track and Casino, The Seminole Hard Rock Casino, the Diplomat championship golf course and three other public courses, Billy's Stone Crab restaurant, downtown Hollywood and downtown Ft. Lauderdale, 30 minutes from down town Miami, ten minutes from the water taxi covering the entire Broward County waterfront area. Disney World is a four hour drive, Cape Canaveral is a two and a half hour drive, the west coast of Florida is a two hour drive and the Everglades and Alligator Ally are within a forty five minute drive.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
