DO’S 1. On check out please start the washing of the sheets. 2. The garbage area is located out front. 3. On check out please set the thermostat as instructed on the controls. 4. Please empty the refrigerator and cupboards of food items. 5. Please leave all kitchen utensils and crockery clean and washed. Report any breakages. 6. Please keep the rinse aid & salt topped up in dishwasher. DONT’S 1. Do not over fill dishwasher with detergent. 2. Remember to empty the fluff filter at the front of the drum in the tumble dryer. 3. Do not put any of the knives from the knife block in the dishwasher. 4. Do not leave the patio door open. 5. Do not use any metal objects in the non stick cookware. Thank you for taking the time to read this, these simple rules prolong the life of the equipment and keep the condo and its contents in the condition you have found them. Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
To accept a booking we require a $500.00 security/damage deposit, this is refunded after the unit has been vacated and inspected. Cancellation: More than eight weeks before date of departure; deposit only. Between eight and six weeks prior to departure; 50% of rental. Less than six weeks prior to departure; 100% of rental.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 25.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
