Superb gated community pool/spa villa, south facing with secluded preserve views
Our villa is our second home, and not just a vacation rental. We live in the house ourselves for 3 months of each year, and offer it for rental at all other periods. As a result we keep it in pristine condition at all times, and it does not lack for those small homely touches that differentiate it from just another vacation rental. It is situated in a small private gated community, and superbly located for all of the amenities that the region offers, including many golf courses, beaches, state parks, shopping and restaurants.
High vaulted ceilings throughout. Smoke alarms. Emergency lighting. Spa linked to pool. Lanai. Pool furniture. Lee Memorial Hospital - 3-4 miles.
Cypress Preserve, small subdivision of 80 houses, electronically gated community, a few minutes off I75; close to the junction of Daniels Parkway and Fiddlesticks.

The villa is less than ten minutes walk to a corner block with a large supermarket and various small shops.
Various restaurants are also closeby.
There are 5 semi private Golf courses open to the public within a 15 minute drive, and many more within a 30 minute drive
Just a short drive to the ocean. There are several beaches within a 20 minute drive including Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 100.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, PayPal, Personal Cheque.
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is due on arrival.

Flexible times are possible upon request.
Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 5
Allow groups of families or couples.
There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking is not allowed (inside or outside).
Pets are not allowed.
