Superb gated community pool/spa villa, south facing with secluded preserve views

Our villa is our second home, and not just a vacation rental. We live in the house ourselves for 3 months of each year, and offer it for rental at all other periods. As a result we keep it in pristine condition at all times, and it does not lack for those small homely touches that differentiate it from just another vacation rental. It is situated in a small private gated community, and superbly located for all of the amenities that the region offers, including many golf courses, beaches, state parks, shopping and restaurants.

From the lanai and pool deck looking South-West the view is of a federal preserve area, mainly pine trees and palmetto. Small lake within the preserve. Good views of many types of bird. Excellent sunsets.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
