Talk about convenience -- only 5 minutes to the Gulf (straight shot down main street); only 20 minutes from local airport; numerous shops (SuperTarget, Dollar General, Big Lots, Kmart, Publix (groceries), 24 hour Walgreen's) and eating establishments within 5-10 minute walk!; 100 golf courses in the Fort Myers area; removed from all the 8-lane highways!; bicycles and golf clubs available for use (with signed waiver); just a great community -- you'll love the people in our complex !

• Southwest Florida Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Easy to get to/from -- basically just two primary streets (map provided in welcome packet).
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Metro. Most of the year, there is a special/direct trolley just to take visitors to the beach -- information is provided in our guest binder.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There are plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance, but if you have a car you might want to try a place on the gulf. Our 'guest binder' contains menus and information for numerous restaurants and attractions - and we welcome our guests to add to the stack!
• Ocean is located within a 5 minute(s) drive. Beach surface is fine sand. As at any popular tourist area, you have a wide choice of water toys to rent at the nearby beaches. The Gulf and Fort Myers Beach are only 5 minutes away by car. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Rentals Nearby, Sailboat and Windsurfer.
• Nearby Attractions: Sanibel and Captiva islands are just 10 minutes away. Take a harbor casino or dinner cruise, go parasailing, rent bicycles or scooters, go snorkeling at Lovers Key, try deep sea fishing, or take an (inexpensive!) charter to the Keys.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Remaining $250 security/damage deposit required 3 months after booking. Full security deposit (less damages) returned within 2 weeks of checkout.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
