The entry view is to the east and looks at the landscaped courtyard. The view from the covered terrace is to the west and overlooks the entry and parking area. The unit is located about 200 feet from the common amenities and lake.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
