Beautiful, newly remodeled (2008), 1 bedroom apartment. Have all the comforts of home in a spectacular setting. This unit is in Gateway Villas which is a lovely gated condominium complex located right on the quiet north end of Fort Myers Beach. It is within easy walking distance (2-3 blocks) from Times Square with many restaurants, the pier, shopping, etc. The unit is nicely furnished and very clean. The balcony overlooks the Gulf and is a wonderful place to watch the gorgeous sunsets and see the dolphins play.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
