Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 50 percent of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
