Located in a beautiful gated mountain community with plenty of places to hike and enjoy the great outdoors. There is a pond with adjoining picnic areas and a waterfall within the community. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while gazing at the beautiful view from multi-level decks that surround this house. There is a winding concrete driveway for easy access and plenty of parking. Kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided, as well as paper and soap products. A large upstairs living room and a family room downstairs with plenty of room for everyone.

    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed. A deposit/fee of 25.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
