Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.00 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
