• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). Port Lucaya Marketplace offers more than 100 stores, straw market vendors and restaurants. Live entertainment is offered over the weekend. The Marketplace can be reached by walking or driving/public transportation.
• Ocean is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Water is crystal clear. Beach is usually not crowded. This section of beach is even nicer than the beach area at the large resorts down by the Marketplace. Coral Beach Hotel, with pool and snack bar, is right off the beach. Lunch and/or beach chairs/umbrellas are available at the snack bar. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Snorkeling, scuba diving, para-sailing, jet-ski rentals, charter fishing, The Dolphin Experience, live shows at the casino, shopping, dining, movie theater, entertainment at the Marketplace are all within close proximity.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
At least one member of renting party must be 25 years of age or older. The renter is liable for any personal injuries, loss or theft of personal property. Additional cleaning charges as a result of dirt above and beyond normal use may be passed on to the renter. Immediately upon check-in, please notify condo office of any damages.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of extra charge.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
