This spacious apartment is the ground floor of a villa built to take advantage of breathtaking views. Driving by the Eglise of Les Adrets takes you to the villa at the end of a line in gated premises, overlooking the mountains and hills with the Mediterranean glistening in the distance. Magnificent lakes are close by and are definitely worth a visit with boats and cycles for hire. The pool and terraces of Les Mimosas drink in the scenery, providing complete relaxation. A short distance away, the church with a pavement café opposite gives a typically French serene atmosphere. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walkers and for a busier day, beaches and towns of Fréjus and Napoule are a short drive away. Parking. LOCATION: 2km N of Adrets (all facilities), 10km SE of Fréjus beach.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
