In quiet residential area but also in esterel national Park
Built in 1991, the villa is set in its own garden and has a swimming pool (8 metres by 4 metres). It has a large patio around the pool with a terrace which is a lovely setting for evening meals. The garden abuts another plot which is currently rough ground. The floors are in terracotta tiles and provided are dining table, three piece leather suite. Outside there is outside dining furniture, table-tennis table and six sun loungers etc.

• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. There are three excellent golf-courses within 5 minutes drive.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). 5 minutes from the motorway. It is set just below the Esterel mountain range with the national park within 10 minutes walk. The location gives superbly easy access to Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Grasse and MonteCarlo and all other villages and towns along the motorway. The local towns are Frejus and St. Raphael, the former with ancient Roman ruins and amphitheatre. The area is one of cultural interest and there are many musical events. Naturally restaurants abound. For the more sporting there is an excellent tennis club with l 3 courts within 5 minutes.
• Ocean is located within a 20 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. It is some 5 miles back from the coast. Beaches (both sand and shingle) are within 10 minutes. The bay provides water-skiing, scuba-diving, sailing etc. Only 5 miles from a full range of beaches from sand to pebbles to rocks. Swimming, scuba diving, sailing, and water-skiing are available within a 10 minute drive.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. .

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
