This unit also offers free unlimited long-distance calls to US, Canada and the UK. This luxury villa is located adjacent to the Marriott Resort, St Kitts. It overlooks the swimming pool comes fully equipped with ceiling fans in every room, 2 private sun decks, gazebos/barbecue areas and a large swimming pool on the property. There are telephones on each floor, linen, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash
    Payment of 25% deposit is accepted only through the following methods: US bank draft, US money order, wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for down-payment.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
