Great restaurant 10 minute drive off island. • Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Home backs to small creek with lots of wildlife. Ocean 4-5+ minutes to beach bike/golf cart (included). Can drive and park golf cart at beach entrance and can rent additional golf cart if needed for @ $200/wk. 3 1/2 miles of white sandy beach that is about 3 minutes from home. Can ride beach bike (4 included) to beach, drive, or use included golf cart to get around island.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
