The view from the patio looks West to Mt. Royal, SW to Peak 1 of the Ten Mile Range and NW to Buffalo Mtn. The Arapaho National Forest is some 50 yards West of MountainSide. There you will find the paved bike trail which goes to Breckenridge, 10 miles to the South, Copper Mtn and Vail to the West. There are several trailheads which begin immediately on the otherside of the bike path.

MountainSide Complex has a year round indoor, heated swimming pool. One indoor hot tub and three outdoor hottubs. Men's and Women's locker rooms are located in the clubhouse. A steam room, sauna and racquetball court are also located in the clubhouse. In addition, there are two tennis courts located adjacent to the clubhouse.

Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
