View

The view from the patio looks West to Mt. Royal, SW to Peak 1 of the Ten Mile Range and NW to Buffalo Mtn. The Arapaho National Forest is some 50 yards West of MountainSide. There you will find the paved bike trail which goes to Breckenridge, 10 miles to the South, Copper Mtn and Vail to the West. There are several trailheads which begin immediately on the otherside of the bike path.

More Information

MountainSide Complex has a year round indoor heated swimming pool. One indoor hot tub and three outdoor hottubs. Men's and Women's locker rooms are located in the clubhouse. A steam room, sauna and racquetball court are also located in the clubhouse. In addition, there are two tennis courts located adjacent to the clubhouse.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Golf courses are located at Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Copper Mountain is approx. 7 miles from Frisco. Keystone Mountain is 10 miles from Frisco. A-Basin is 15 miles from Frisco and Breckenridge is 10 miles from Frisco.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Main Street in Frisco is a 10 min. walk from the condo. The Frisco Flyer provides bus service from the MountainSide complex to various points in Frisco and to the Summit Stage. The Summit Stage provides county wide service. Both bus systems are free. The Summit Stage also makes stops at Copper Mountain, Keystone Mountain, Arapahoe Basin and Breckenridge ski areas.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 night (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
