A little about our condo!
Just six blocks from downtown Frisco, Mountain Side is a great area and has the best recreational facilities. The living room on the main floor has lots of windows to view Peak One of the 10-mile range with the fireplace in the foreground. There is a TV complete with VCR, DVD, and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with table service for 8. The second bedroom is on the main level with a bathroom. The large master bedroom on the upper level has a king-size bed, TV, and bath with a jetted tub. The loft has a double bed and a single trundle. There is also a washer and dryer.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 95.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
