The building has been divided into 2 sections, each spread out over three floors and one of which is inhabited by the owners. Peaceful country position, not far from the famous bathing resorts Grado and Lignano. Enclosed garden with parking space. Domestic help on request and to be paid for on location. Internet. Simple furnishings, full of country pieces that recall the rural life of the past, in particular there is an ancient fireplace preserved in the dining room. Parking space inside the property. DISTANCES: 12 km Palmanova, splendid star-shaped city/, 35 km Grado, 40 km Lignano, 110 km Venice, very well connected by motorway and railway.
ACCOMMODATION: (200 m2) Gr. fl.: entrance, dining room with characteristic kitchen corner (freezer) and open pantry room (dishwasher/washing machine), small lounge (TV), WC, study/library. Mezzanine: 1 bathroom with bath. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a passageway to 1 single bedroom from where you access 1 twin bedded room, 1 WC. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
