In the area, numerous and interesting historical sights. Views over the surrounding enclosed and equipped communal park (1.600 m2). Parking. DISTANCES: 5 km Palmanova (ancient fortified town), 25 km Passariano ( with its famous Villa Manin), 20 km Aquileia (important archeological digs) and Grado with its lagoon and the beach, 25 km Udine, 35 km Cordovado, 36 km Portogruaro (ancient historical centre), 39 km Sesto al Reghena (ancient abbey), 100 km Venice. Abt. 3 km horse riding school.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: large living room, kitchen/dining room (oven, dishwasher, TV) with large central fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room with additional bed, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with bath, one with a characteristical marble bath (washing machine). Simple style furniture but with some period pieces. 1st.fl.: this apartment is occasionally lived in by the owner . Bicycles for hire (2 for adults, 3 for children). Barbecue. Central heating. Baby-beds available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
