View

The views from the house face the mountains with the most glorious sunsets and also over the golf course. From the front of the house the view is of a lovely communal garden area with two fountains, grass and palm trees. The road is a cul de sac and you do not have a neighbour directly looking onto you.

More Information

The house is set on a private golfing complex. It faces the mountains and is very quiet and relaxing. Ideal if you want to walk, play golf or just relax. It is near a spanish town and the area is totally spanish with none of the commercialism associated with the seaside resorts. The pool is being built and will be ready in October 2005. The price reflects this.

Distances

• The nearest airport is San Javier, Murcia and the drive is along motorways. It is very straight forward and is about a 30 minute drive.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The house is situated in the Hacienda del Alamo golf complex and overlooks the 14th green of the championship 7,300 yard course.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). In winter you can drive up towards Murcia and there are facilities for skiing
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest town is Fuente Alamo which is about 1 or 2 miles from the complex. There are several bars in Fuente and a couple of Tapas bars but no real restaurants although there are several good restaurants in other little villages around Hacienda.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
