This modern and large open space apartment is located on the roof floor of the owners' residence, with separate entrance and direct access to the street. Very well equipped and carefully furnished, it enjoys a magnificent view over Funchal and the ocean from its beautiful balcony. A privileged spot for early morning breakfast or for watching the fireworks over Funchal bay during Silvester, it is some 2 Km from the city centre. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are to be found within 100 m from the property, and there is a bus stop only a few meters away, with direct connections to the city centre. The L-shaped open space apartment has a sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with settees and TV, a dining area, fully equipped kitchenette and balcony with furniture. The addition of a new private swimming pool with lawn and garden furniture for all fresco meals brought an added value to this property. Sleeps 2 persons, self catering.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Cancellation penalties: +35 days before arrival, 30% of total rental 35 days or less before arrival, 100% of total rent

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
