Fabulous! From the gardens of the quinta you can look down upon the centre of Funchal, the harbour and to the ocean beyond. Breathtaking.
If you dream of staying in a romantic country cottage but still would like to be close to all the attractions of Funchal,our quinta could well be the answer. Although set in a suburb of the city, the quinta is a unique holiday hideaway full of authentic character.
Basic groceries, including fresh bread, can be bought from one of the two small local shops, just a short walk from the quinta gates. Although a hire car would be useful, the grounds are so enchanting that many guests will be reluctant to spend much time anywhere else!
There is a shared laundry room on site with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Cancellation charges
4 - 8 weeks notice before arrival you loose your 25% deposit
Less than 4 weeks notice you loose 100% unless the unit is rented out again.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
