All the studios have individual kitchenettes with worktop, small fridge/freezer, 2 hob ceramic cooker and setting for 4.
1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). In the twin stuidos, it is possible to put an extra bed for a child up to 10 years. This is free of charge when sharing with 2 people.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
The views from the Standard Studios are of the lovely mature gardens. The views from the Superior Studios which are situated on the first floor, are of the garden but also the town and sea through the trees.
All of the twin studios are south facing.
On the upper floor of the Old House you will find the sun terrace,and downstairs,the lounge and dining room,both leading to the delightful veranda overlooking the gardens. The studios in the adjoining annex offer everything you would expect from this first class property,including air-conditioning and a small kitchenette.
The 580 m² of mature gardens feature winding cobbled paths,large trees,flower beds, a viewpoint with pergola,and a lovely small Madeiran conservatory,ideal for reading and relaxing.
Although breakfast is not served,tea,coffee and soft drinks are available 24 hours and Chef Emanuel is on hand to prepare snacks throughout the day.Evening meals available on request.There is an honesty bar with a selection of spirits.
Funchal Old Town is minutes away with its farmer’s market, shopping area and a plentiful selection of restaurants, cafés and bars. Personal service is the keynote here and the friendly staff will ensure all your needs are catered for.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
