The friendly owner lives in the first floor and there are three rental units on the ground floor. The self catering apartments share a small cozy garden, and each of them has its own terrace. 30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Cancellation policy: +35 days, 30% penalty 35 days or less, 100% penalty

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
