The self catering apartments share a cozy garden with BBQ and furniture, and each apartment has its own terrace. Apartment T2 consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a living room with TV and a bed sofa, an equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a winter garden with nice views. Sleeps 3 to 4 persons. From the grounds and its roof terrace guests have a nice view of Funchal.

Cancellation policy: +35 days, 30% penalty 35 days or less, 100% penalty

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
