The living-dining room opens onto a large balcony with sweeping views across the bay. Comfy leather sofas have been placed in front of the panoramic windows to enjoy the same breathtaking outlook.

Perched on a hillside roughly halfway between the centre of Funchal and the village of Monte, Livramento is one of Funchal's most sought-after residential neighbourhoods, where many of the city's more affluent residents have built their homes to take full advantage of the panoramic views down across the city to the ocean.
Situated a little higher up within Livramento, this smart, newly-built house is divided into two completely self-contained apartments, with the charming owners living unobtrusively on the ground floor, and the spacious upper floor reserved for guests, who will have the exclusive use of the free-standing swimming pool situated on the terrace below the house. The pool is cleaned on a daily basis, and offers pool shower and WC, sun bathing area with comfortable long chairs. While the villa does not have a washing machine, the owners offer a laundry service if required (fee applies).

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Palheiro Golf Club overlooks the city and harbour of Funchal.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A supermarket is only a 5 minute drive away. Several restaurants and snack bars are close by (including the popular "Seta" restaurant where traditional Portuguese Fado music can be enjoyed live most evenings of the week).

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
