Children are accepted of any age if the guests take full responsibility for their safety. The villa could be deemed hazardous for children under 10 years as the railings in front of the villa are only 40cms high. The outdoor pool is is protected by by a fence and accessed through a gate that can be locked.
A substantial 'Welcome Basket' is provided on arrival which includes basic breakfast provisions, water, wine and fruit.
In the luxury bathrooms, shower and hand gel is provided and so too is shampoo and toilet rolls.
• Funchal Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 25 minute(s). The main shopping centre is 25 minutes away if you're walking. But there is a couple of restaurants closer by.
• Beach is located within a 15 minute(s) drive.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
