Restored farmhouse (180 m2) situated in a dominating position on a stretch of the coast between Amalfi and Positano . Peaceful position. Panoramic view of the coast and the sea. Equipped outdoor area (terraces with panoramic views over the sea), equipped garden (800 m2) with wonderful views and alley with pergola. Access to the house by means of a staircase with 50 steps. Public parking 300 m away. DISTANCES: 12 km Amalfi, 20 km Positano ,300 m grocery shops, 5 km Agerola (all kinds of shops), 6 km tourist complex with swimming pool and tennis court, 9 km pebble beaches.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: small equipped patio, living room with fireplace, dining area, 1 bathroom with shower. Mezzanine level : kitchen (oven, washing machine) with access onto a small terrace. 1st fl. (access from the outside as well from a panoramic terrace): 1 double bedroom (in a passageway giving access to the internal staircase), 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower and access onto small terrace, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and an extra 3rd bed, 1 bathroom with bath. Comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
