    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Direct Bank Deposit
    We wish to remind you that on your arrival a security deposit is requested against any possible damage. This will be returned before your departure. Deposit 259 Euro for the week.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 10.00/pet/day (Max of 300.00) will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
