PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 150 EUR.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 150 EUR.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A 200 EURO Refundable (providing there is no damage) Security/Damage Deposit is due by bank transfer prior to arrival. The Owner will discuss this with you further during the Grace Period.
The security deposit is not required from repeat guests..
